Why we created Hazaosha

For far too long, the tech industry has had an edge in sourcing candidates. There are numerous options to learn online the necessary skills to succeed as a developer, UX designer, and a myriad of other technical roles.

In the field of business education, particularly consulting, there are few adequate options that are accessible. Candidates for roles typically need to attend business school or a masters program to have a good chance at landing a role in consulting.

For the few options outside of graduate eduction, they are either too costly for candidates or do not provide the level of interaction necessary for a candidate to be prepared and also showcase their problem solving skills.

Case coaches are expensive and there is often no way to track a candidates progress in improving their business problem solving skills. Case coaches often charge over a hundred euros an hour for basic practice sessions.

Hazaosha offers a new solution where students and working professionals can solve business problems and showcase their experience on the platform. They can also help other candidates in their journey at the same time.
